No more expensive surprises
A used vehicle warranty is a written guarantee covering a list of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts against sudden failure. It’s designed to pay for some or all of the costs involved with repairing or replacing those parts within a certain time frame.
Modern vehicles contain thousands of complex moving parts, often resulting in spiralling repair bills should something go wrong. There are various types of warranty and different levels of cover on the market, so always do your research before taking out cover to avoid any disappointments.
Our product range
We offer three plan types as standard. Platinum and Gold cover almost all of your vehicle’s mechanical, electrical and electronic components – so many in fact that we only list the exclusions. Silver is a listed component cover and is most suited to the older vehicle.
Up to 7 years / 70,000 miles
The UK’s most comprehensive warranty for used vehicles, covering around 6,000 parts and faults – including many that are excluded by other providers.
Up to 10 years / 100,000 miles
Like Platinum, Gold also covers around 6,000 parts and faults but it doesn’t include wear & tear, battery, DPF / catalytic converter, injectors or oil seals & gaskets.
Vehicles of any age or mileage
Designed with the older vehicle in mind, Silver covers a wide range of listed components against mechanical breakdown or electrical / electronic failure.

What does my warranty cover?
Your warranty will pay out for the cost of repairs on a huge range of parts and the labour times to repair or replace them. Platinum and Gold both cover around 6,000 mechanical, electrical and electronic components including many that are normally excluded by other warranty companies. Silver covers a range of listed items and is designed with the older or higher mileage vehicle in mind, Please refer to the different plan types in the main menu for details.
What does it NOT cover?
Naturally there are some parts and faults that we just can’t cover such as bodywork, trim, general maintenance and service items.
Our Platinum and Gold plans are so advanced that it’s just impossible to list every item that’s covered, which is why we’ve only listed the exclusions. Silver only lists the items covered so anything not shown is specifically excluded.

How many claims can I make?
You can make unlimited claims with each one up to your chosen claim limit. All claims include the cost of parts, labour and VAT.
For each claim, we’ll pay up to your chosen claim limit. Please contact your selling dealer to discuss the claim limits they offer.
How do I make a claim?
Before you have any work carried out, you must contact us so we can log the fault and initiate your claim. You can do this by using our online claims form here, calling us on 0800 060 8612 or emailing email@example.com. Our advisors will talk you through the claims process and are on hand to answer any queries.
Note: We won’t be able to pay for any repairs that are carried out without our authorisation.
Where do I take my vehicle for repairs?
We have a nationwide network of approved repairers that we can recommend. If you use one of ours, we’ll settle claims payments directly with them.
You can also use your own garage if you’d prefer, however please note that any excess labour fees above our standard rates will be your responsibility.
Some of our dealers offer the option of higher labour rates. This is for vehicles that may require specialist repairs or need to go to a main dealer for the required works. Please speak with your dealer if you need higher labour rates including in your cover.
